Dave Salter is the world’s only self-admitted Male Chauvinist in Rehabilitation. He’s also the Founder of FathersAgainstDaughtersDating.com. He’s not a child psychologist nor a parenting expert. He’s a passionate, but flawed, father of three daughters who wakes up every morning to four females battling for two bathrooms, the blow dryer and the flat iron.
For the past 15 years, his writing has been influenced by his daughters. In 1996, the Greenwood Publishing Group released his book, Crashing the Old Boy’s Network, which was the first-ever book written about Title IX and gender equity in athletics. In 2004, Wizard Academy Press produced his first audio book, Dear Daughter, I Forgot Some Things, which was a series of letters to his about-to-be teenage daughter on some things he forgot to tell her about life. His current book, Final Four Leadership (5 Secrets Successful Female Leaders Use and You Should Too) is the first book written from a male perspective on what makes successful female leaders so.
Dave’s work has appeared in publications like USA Weekend, the Philadelphia Inquirer, The NCAA News, Education Update, and Tweens News, and he’s been a guest on dozens of radio talk shows across the country and Canada.
